City of Kansas City, Missouri Employee Survey
The past several years we have been collecting data to help inform us about how you feel about the workplace. We recognize that you all do incredible work each day to provide the citizens of Kansas City with amazing services. We know that this city functions because of your hard work and dedication to public services.
We all want the workplace to have a great workplace culture, full of engaged and empowered people. To help us do that, we are asking you to participate in this survey. The main goal of this survey is to collect your feedback on various elements of your workplace and to understand how happy and engaged our people are. It is our promise to you that your answers are confidential and will not be shared with your leadership. Your honest feedback is wanted to better serve you as employees. Help us be better.
After the survey, we will send out some key learnings that we found in the report. Our goal is to have at least 50% of our employees answer the survey. Please help us reach our goal. The deadline to fill out the survey is December 15, 2024.
